Arvin Sango, Inc., a Madison, IN manufacturer of exhaust systems and other original equipment parts, has an svco nc mmediat opening fora ARVIN SANGO, INC Accounts Payable Associate This position is responsible for the processing of invoices, generating payments and the reconciliation and analysis of account balances PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Match invoices to receipts, route for proper approval, research discrepancies, and process for payment. Generate accounts payable disbursements .Record and reconcile related party purchases .Answer all vendor inquiries Perform reconciliation and account analysis. Identify unusual transactions and investigate issues ssist in monthly close process .Use Powerlink software to generate reports and aid in researching ad hoc requests Assist with other projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS .Good understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable functions as well as how they fit into the overall financial controls and reporting .Expected to meet deadlines and perform job functions wih minimal supervision Work we in a team, both within the finance group and with other departments and functions Must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks .Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .Ability to use Excel to present and analyze information An Associate's Degree in Accounting or other business related field REQUIRED.
