M&M Mason and Mefford is hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor in Madison, Indiana. This position will be responsible for the direct supervision of all warehouse production employees with a focus on safety, quality, implementation of world class manufacturing, and staff scheduling. Additional responsibilities include providing leadership and motivation to employees through active participation and direction of activities, while delivering fair, firm and consistent treatment to all employees Essential job functions: Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse including: safety, implementing lean-manufacturing principles, quality assurance, developing goals and policies, maintain high ethics and work standards and act as a role model and trusted resource for the employees. Team Management functions: training, scheduling, safety discipline, developing goals and policies, promoting teamwork and commitment to the company, setting clear goals and accountability, and communicate as necessary with the humarn resources department Education: High School Diploma required. College degree preferred Experience: two years related experience in a manufacturing environment with a working knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures. Must have solid PC skills.
