FFTK is proud to have served the Madison area since 1994! We are a family owned, family friendly fitness center located on Madison's hilltop. FFTK offers a wide variety of cardio, free weight, & selectorized equipment. FFTK is proud to have the best group exercise program in town, offering over 25 classes each week for all age & fitness levels. Personal training, gymnasium use, a walking track, and staffed child care are all available for your use. We are also proud to offer a Karate school & the Flyers All-Star dance program.
