FACILITIES SERVICE ASSISTANT Job Summary The Facilities Service Assistant is an hourly position that will provide project and office assistance to the Director of Essential Functions: ce assistant duties Answers incoming calls and al routine questions when possible; processes incoming mai responding when appropriate. Assists in developing and maintaining the overall schedule for the Director of Faclities including arranging appointments, meetings and any off-campus travel. This position is responsible for processing purchase orders, check requisitions and invoices. Work order peocessing: This position is responsible for processing work orders and distributing them to the necessary department ie. grounds or maintenance). position is responsible for scheduling al college vehide usage. This ranges from cars to passenger vans. This position maintains all the mileage records and charges the departments This position is for the preparation, execution, and lease retention of all collage rental properties. This position will schedule and show the rental properties if needed as well as work with maintenance in making sure all the rental properties are in working order tion: This position is responsible for working with maintenance to have all key requests This position will assist the Business Office Assistant with the collection of data for the preparation of the annual insurance renewal This wil nclude maintaining building records, equipment and furniture records. Incident reporting: This position assists employees with all as needed. This position will assist in the stockroom as needed High schocl diploma required, associate's degree wo years related work experience Strong organization skills, good written and oral Working knowledge of business computer software Must be able to work under the pressure of making Must be able to meet various deadines throughout the communication skilk (Le.
